Mohamed Ali

Ambassador(ret) Mohamed Ali, MBA, has been part of management and boards in very successful companies and has held many positions in the Federal government of Somalia. He worked for more than 4 years as advisor to President of Somalia H.E Abdulahi Yusuf Ahmed on International Affairs and he was responsible for coordinating and managing the human and financial resources of the ministry of foreign Affair’s 2004-2008. He also has served as Ambassador Extraordinary Chairman of Islamic organization of Somalia and serves as a consultant Somali Stabilization Fund and he has established the University of Bosas.

Marek Sarna

Marek Sarna, Under Ant’s CEO since 2021, combines leadership, technical acumen, and entrepreneurial spirit. As the former Chief Technical Officer, he honed his expertise in UAV technology. At Mobile Security, he delved into mobile and computer forensics. Additionally, Marek collaborates with SightNav OU, leveraging drone and satellite imagery for photogrammetric modeling. His educational foundation includes a Master’s degree in Econometrics from Cracow University of Economics and specialized digital forensics courses at the Academy of Media Recovery. His career showcases analytical prowess and technical excellence.

Szymon Skalski

Szymon Skalski, co-founder and CEO of RBL S.A. and SightNav, focuses on cybersecurity and R&D in dual-use technologies. He previously led Fotoraporty Sp. z.o.o., specializing in photogrammetry and 3D scanning with drones. With over 15 years as a private consultant and lawyer, Szymon advised the Polish government on their presence in Afghanistan. As the Senior Civilian Representative to the Polish Task Force White Eagle in Ghazni, he oversaw the transition process. He holds degrees in law and Iranian studies (PhD), and completed a Russian Law course at the Academic Juridical University in Moscow.

Dr. Gene Rokytsky

As the CEO of Baltic Aerospace Systems Sp. z O.O (Poland) since 2023, he spearheads innovative unmanned aerial product development. Simultaneously, he serves as the Chairman of the Board at All-Ukrainian Association of SpaceTech Clusters, focusing on international cooperation and strategic growth. His academic journey includes a Master’s in Aerospace Systems Engineering from the National Aviation University (Ukraine) and an LL.M. in International Law from Louvain Catholic University (Belgium). Additionally, he has held advisory roles, shaping aerospace legislation and fostering military-tech collaboration.

Tim Dunnigan

As CEO of MMS Products, he drives defense technology solutions. Tim founded CaptureTec, a defense technology think-tank, and co-founded Talon Aerolytics, the nation’s largest aerial drone services provider. His expertise extends to Strategic Integration, where he pioneered defense consulting models. Tim’s educational journey includes a BA in Human Development, a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, and ongoing doctoral studies in AI. He holds six patents and has two pending for aerial drone ordinance delivery system.

Ms. Heidi Andres

Ms. Heidi Andres serves as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the ISAP Portfolio. Ms. Heidi has over 19 years’ experience in financial and operational management. She joined the RVision team in 2010. Ms. Andres has overall responsibility for the controllership and financial reporting activities for ISAP portfolio of companies. She leads the company’s external financial reporting, corporate accounting, and corporate internal controls functions and plays a lead role in the preparation of audited financial statements, tax returns and investment and grant-related reports and schedules to support financial reports to the board.

James Cork

James has a track record of delivering tangible outcomes for the UK Ministry of Defence, other governments, multi-national defence primes and fast growing innovators. He combines deep domain expertise, especially in C4ISR, with technical expertise in strategy, capability development and operational improvement. He was an officer in the British Army, completing operational tours of Iraq and Afghanistan, and is a chartered accountant with an MBA from London Business School.
